1. "What do I need to use the Cassette2CD Wizard software?"

 

You need all the following:

 

PC w/ Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
CD burner

Some blank CD's (CD-R recommended)
Tape player
1-2 GB free disk space

"Line In" jack on your audio card

 

(NOTE: If you don't have a "Line In" jack, you can get this inexpensive device, which does. You need a "Line In" jack for high-quality recordings)

 

 

2. "Is there a Mac-compatible version of the Cassette2CD Wizard?"

 

Cassette2CD Wizard is only PC-compatible at this time, sorry.

 

 

3. "Is your ordering system safe?"

 

Absolutely. All orders are processed through the well-known site Paypal.com. It's actually safer than ordering over the phone or through mail, where a human could potentially steal your information.

 

 

4. "I'm not good on the computer. Is Cassette2CD Wizard for me?"

 

Yes! The Cassette2CD Wizard software was designed specifically for ease-of-use. Anyone should be able to use it.

5. "Does this convert non-music cassette tapes as well?"

 

Yes! Cassette2CD Wizard can convert any cassette tape you have to audio CD.

 

 

6. "Does Cassette2CD Wizard save music files to my computer as well as CD?"

 

Yes. Transferred audio tracks are saved as WAV audio files on your computer, so you can listen to them on your computer in addition to (or instead of) audio CD.

 

If you need your audio files in MP3 format, you can easily convert them to MP3 with the free software Switch.

 

 

7. "How soon will I receive my order?"

 

Orders are usually shipped in 1-3 business days. For USA orders, it will usually take 2-4 business days after that for you to receive the software.

 

NOTE: International orders may take anywhere from 7-10 business days to several weeks to arrive. Please be patient!
